Overview of Installing NIMSpro™

1. Review the ReadMe.txt file in the root of the File Release
2. Create the MySQL database and user
3. Set user permissions (privileges) to ALL for the database
4. Populate the database tables
5. Create a directory for NIMSpro™ on the web server
6. Copy all files to the NIMSpro™ directory (PHP and SWF system files to the NIMSpro™ root; Sims, skins, and messages directories to respective subdirectories in the NIMSpro™ root)
7. Edit the conn.php file with the MySQL database name, user name, and password
8. (Optional) Edit your web server default load page to include player.php as a default page for browsers entering the NIMSpro™ URL root (to defaulat load the player.php page without a user having to enter it)
