• Enable automated backups of your MySQL database (recommended nightly)
• Every so often, open a Controller Panel to check for any orphaned exercises where instructors failed to click the [End Simulation] button. When orphaned exercises (active sims) are found, select the orphaned exercise from the "List of Active Sims" and click the [Start] button. When the Controller panel loads, click the [End Simulation] button.
• As necessary, monitor web server, PHP, and MySQL logs for any errors.
